Ready to get your hands soapy & have some fun with are pure organic donkey soap? 

So why not join us for a hands-On Soap-Making Workshop where you'll create your own custom soap, you'll have the option to choose skin safe coloring, dried herbs like rose petals & lavender, loofahs & oatmeal. 

  What you'll learn: the basics of soap making and the melt & pour technique. How to customize your soap with natural ingredients, colors, and essential oils or skin safe fragrances. 

What's included: 

ALL MATERIALS (our pre-made donkey milk soap bases, molds, essentials oils, herbs & more!) A variety of fun, fragrant scent notes like vanilla, lavender, teakwood & so much more. 

Take home 2-4 custom soap body bars, perfect for your skincare routine or gifting.

(2025 PRIVATE PARTY/PRE-PAID WALK-IN CANCELLATION & NO-REFUND POLICY)

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make your event experience as seamless as possible. However, due to the nature of the event planning, the following cancellation policy is in effect:

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 75% is required to secure your booking & also the (date & time) of your event. this deposit is applied toward the total event cost for all PRIVATE EVENTS.

Pre-Paid Walk-In Session: Paying Online & or In-Person at one of our store locations please be aware this a non-refundable payment, this secures the time & date of your walk-in sessions in case we are booked up for the day of your booking.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made within a (7 day) notice of said event in writing via email at (giacandlebar@gmail.com) or with a verbal conversation via our business line at (707) 500-1811, A refund will not be issued this just helps us to re-open that particular time & date to another client who would like to book for that exact date.

No Shows: If the event is canceled within (24) hours' time frame with no communication, your scheduled time/event please be advised no refund will be provided and you as the said client has agreed to forfeit any payments made, including are non-refundable deposit.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find an alternative date based on availability within a (7 Day) time frame with no additional cost, we will allow an alternative date change within a (30-day) time period of said booking ONLY with an additional fee of $50 Per Reservation.

If you canceled within the same day & or said hour before your scheduled start time/event you will be charged $50 per Person on said reservation for both PRIVATE & RESERVED WALK-IN SESSIONS. We take are private events/reserved walk-in sessions very seriously and the time schedule of our staff.

We need all guest to be considerate of our time & the effort we strive for to make sure each & everyone that books with us have an amazing experience. Are private event (Hors-d' oeuvre's) are paid for & made fresh to order by our private chefs on the date of your booking, so we need to make sure food is not wasted & or not trashed.
